Job description
Vanguard Intellectual Partners (Vanguard-IP) focuses on placing IP/patent professionals nationwide and serves biotech litigation needs. We seek independent thinkers with strong research, writing, and analytic skills, ready to mentor junior associates and handle complex Hatch-Waxman or biosimilar cases.
Qualified applicants must hold a life sciences degree, be admitted to the state bar, and demonstrate leadership and teamwork abilities in a litigation setting; prior biotech practice is preferred.
