Qualified applicants for our biotechnology litigation practice should have a life sciences degree, strong research and writing skills, and experience managing or mentoring junior associates. Ideal candidates will have Hatch‑Waxman, biosimilar, or competitor pharmaceutical case work in district court or before the PTAB, and must be admitted to the state bar.
