Job description
Vanguard Intellectual Partners (Vanguard-IP) is seeking a lateral associate with a life science or biotech background and patent litigation experience spanning discovery, motions, and trial preparation. Candidates should have strong academic credentials and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
An advanced degree in biology, biomedical engineering, or pharmaceutical sciences is strongly preferred for this position.
