Vanguard-IP is seeking a qualified patent attorney based in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will hold an undergraduate degree in biochemistry or biology and preferably an advanced degree. Responsibilities include managing patent cases and collaborating with teams to prepare patent applications.
Applicants must be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and admitted to the Bar in their jurisdiction. Excellent communication and judgment skills are essential for success in this role.
