Job description
Lakefront Biotherapeutics in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a Director of Transactions to support the Chief Business Officer and VP Transactions in deal execution. You will lead valuation analysis, manage financial models, and oversee cross‑functional due diligence, term sheets and definitive agreements with senior leadership and the board.
