Job description
BAS HealthCare in Meriden, CT, seeks an outpatient Family Medicine provider to deliver comprehensive care for patients from birth through adulthood. Open to Family Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, with a four-day work week option and weekdays-only schedule, no on-call requirements.
The role requires an unrestricted CT medical license (or eligibility) and at least 1 year in a primary care setting, with experience serving Spanish-speaking families encouraged.
