Job description
Regions Hospital seeks an Inpatient Nurse Supervisor and Charge Nurse for the Birth Center to lead a passionate care team. The role includes supervising NICU, Postpartum, and Labor & Delivery units, while providing direct patient care when needed and ensuring policy adherence across departments.
The position emphasizes collaboration with physicians, midwives, and residents, plus participation in a multidisciplinary approach to care and safety. Evening/night shifts are required.
