Blade Grinder / Grinder Helper – Day ShiftLocation: Mentor Shift: Day Shift Pay: $16.75 Employment Type: Temp-to-HirePosition SummaryWe are seeking a dependable, safety-focused Blade Grinder Helper to join a growing manufacturing team. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is willing to learn. The Blade Grinder Helper will assist with grinding and finishing metal blades, removing rough edges, and preparing completed parts for inspection.ResponsibilitiesGrind and smooth metal blades using designated equipmentRemove burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfectionsVisually inspect blades for quality and consistencyHandle and move materials safelyFollow work instructions and production requirementsMaintain a clean and organized work areaWear required personal protective equipmentFollow all company safety proceduresAssist other production team members as neededQualificationsPrevious grinding or manufacturing experience is helpful but not requiredWillingness to learn and receive hands-on trainingComfortable working with machinery and metal componentsStrong attention to detailAbility to stand throughout the shift and perform repetitive tasksDependable attendance and reliable transportationAbility to complete required pre-employment screeningNo extensive experience?
