Blast Pot OperatorMain Industries, Inc.Main Industries has been serving the marine and industrial market for over 40 years. Beginning as a marine coatings company, Main has grown into a multi-craft industry leader. Main now specializes in marine and industrial coatings as well as a variety of marine and industrial scaffolding.Job Type: Full-time, hourly (1st and 2nd shift expected)Required experience:5+ years experience of operating a blast pot.Must have a complete understanding of pressurizing and depressurizing large vessels.Knowledge of and ability to understand signaling and communication with abrasive blasters.Knowledge of steel grit recycling systems is a plusAll candidates must submit to drug testing and E-Verification of their right to work in the USReliable transportation a mustAdherence to Safety and Quality Standards are a mustNo overtime is guaranteed, but some projects do require overtime.
