Follow written work instructions, maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety procedures including those which govern the handling of materials, chemicals, tools, and equipment. Properly use required PPE. Support, communicate, reinforce, and defend the mission, values, and culture of the organization. Know all safety requirements including proper plant ventilation standards (respirator usage, no smoking, use of safety glasses, etc). Properly log in and out on assigned jobs and complete appropriate paperwork. Read and interpret manufacturing processes, blueprints, and other work instructions. Completely maintain and clean up equipment, blast booth, and booth area.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED
