This role will maintain blending and product transfer equipment sanitation requirements to ensure system-wide conformance to quality and sanitation standards; receive concentrate and raw ingredients purchase orders for the facility.Duties & ResponsibilitiesExecute the delivery of the daily blend requirements according to production schedules; through the manufacturing of syrup batches from raw materials, including water, sugar, and concentrate; ensure adherence to the company quality assurance specification requirementsMaintains blending equipment (mixes and syrup tanks) sanitation requirements to ensure system-wide conformance to quality and sanitation standardsCarries out the receipt of concentrate and sugar shipments in the inventory management systemMaintains and calibrates lab equipment to ensure measurement accuracyMaintains testing, sanitation, and equipment calibration records and results and inputs concentrate and sugar receipts through data entry into the Lab Data Management System (LDMS)
