About This Role
The Assistant Nurse Manager at the Blood and Coagulation Disorder Center will support daily operations, process improvement, and staff development in an outpatient setting. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with strong communication skills who can collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Pay: $93,600.00 - $126,360.00

Schedule: Full-time, Day shift
What You'll Do
Support standards of care and provide consultation in patient care delivery.
Assist in daily operations and process improvement.
Facilitate staff development and education.
Provide direct patient care and work on staff retention.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary hospital partners to achieve positive patient outcomes.
Participate in the management of human resources.
Develop and evaluate recruitment and retention strategies.
Monitor patient outcomes.
Requirements
Education
BSN required
Experience
Previous leadership experience preferred
Licenses & Certifications
Current RN License in NY
