Job description
Southern Illinois Healthcare is seeking a Blood Bank Lead at Memorial Hospital of Carbondale. The role leads daily testing workflows, mentors MLTs, and ensures accurate specimen processing from collection to reporting in all clinical laboratory departments.
The candidate should have MLS/MLT certification, 5 years of clinical lab experience, and a Bachelor’s or an Associate with grandfathered personnel eligibility. This full-time position supports quality control and accreditation efforts.
