IRL Manager Immunohematology Reference Laboratory (SBB Required) Full Time Riverside, CA
$143,000 to $158,000
We are seeking an experienced IRL Manager to oversee immunohematology reference laboratory operations.
Schedule:
Full-time leadership role (day shift, Monday Friday)
Responsibilities:
Oversee immunohematology reference laboratory operations
Manage technical and administrative laboratory functions
Ensure compliance with CA state regulations and AABB standards
Support complex antibody identification and advanced serologic work
Lead and develop laboratory staff and workflows
Qualifications:
California CLS license required
SBB (Specialist in Blood Bank) certification required
Prior management experience in reference or transfusion services required
Strong leadership and regulatory compliance background
