Job description
HEALTHTRACKRX INC in Louisville, KY seeks a Laboratory Manager (Blood) to lead routine clinical lab operations across sites. You will oversee OTP, TAT, Quality metrics, ensure accurate accessioning and testing, and maintain safety and compliance with CAP/CLIA standards.
You will act as Technical Supervisor, support staff training and competency, manage budgets and supplies, and uphold cross-site collaboration to optimize workflow and data integrity.
