Job description
Igloo is seeking a Lead – Blow Mold to oversee production staffing, efficiency, quality and safety in our Katy, TX facility. You will supervise blow molding operations, provide relief and training to operators, and ensure adherence to procedures and BOMs.
Responsibilities include coordinating production activities, maintaining 6S housekeeping, generating daily process statistics, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
