Job description
Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York invites applications for a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist (CPS) in the Adult BMT service. The CPS provides leadership for clinical pharmacy services and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams in inpatient and ambulatory settings.
Responsibilities include drug therapy design and monitoring, CDTM participation, development of treatment guidelines, staff education, and precepting residents and students.
