Job description
City of Hope seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to deliver comprehensive, patient‑centered clinical care in collaboration with physicians and teams. The APP assesses, plans, orders tests, and educates patients while following protocols and contributing to quality initiatives.
The successful candidate will maintain licensure, certifications, and CME hours, and participate in program development to ensure exceptional patient outcomes and care experience.
