About the Role:
Matthew P Mardiney MD PC is seeking a talented and dedicated Board Certified Allergist/Asthma Specialist to join our thriving medical practice ADVANCED ALLERGY AND ASTHMA CENTERS in Lutherville and Bel Air, MD. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives by delivering expert allergy and asthma care in a professional and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat a wide range of allergic conditions, including asthma, rhinitis, eczema, food allergies, and immunologic disorders
Develop and implement individualized patient treatment plans and long-term allergy management strategies
Perform and interpret allergy skin testing, pulmonary function tests, and other diagnostic procedures
Administer and oversee allergen immunotherapy programs
Educate patients and families on allergy triggers, asthma management, and preventive care
Collaborate with referring physicians and specialists to coordinate comprehensive patient care
Maintain accurate and thorough patient medical records in compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements:
Board Certification in Allergy and Immunology is required
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Completion of an accredited Allergy/Immunology fellowship program
Valid Maryland medical license or eligibility to obtain one
Experience diagnosing and managing asthma, allergic rhinitis, food allergies, and related conditions
Strong patient communication skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach
Ability to work collaboratively within a physician-led private practice setting
