We are currently seeking Board Certified Assistant Behavioral Analysts (BCaBA) to join our highly skilled ABA team at our Ameriplex and Avon clinics. The Program Manager Assistant for ABA Services is responsible for completion of treatment plan development and implementation, data collection, and behavioral intervention in individual treatment of ABA clients with direct oversight by designated BCBA. Assists the treatment team and other members as designated, in the creation of behavior intervention plans. Responsible for maintaining documentation of all services provided.ABA Autism Services by Damar combines the long-term experience and expertise of Damar Services with cutting-edge Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) approaches to offer a solution to families facing the challenges of raising a child with autism. This includes the ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods; occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 50 lbs.; operate office equipment, including a computer keyboard; travel to other locations using private or commercial transportation; and communicate effectively to exchange information.The position also requires the ability to recognize and respond appropriately to client behaviors, staff instructions, safety concerns, and emergencies in an environment where individuals may display aggressive, self-injurious, sexually maladaptive, elopement, or other unpredictable behaviors.Regular and acceptable attendance, excluding approved absences and periods of leave, is also an essential function of the position.Each essential function must be performed satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.Damar is committed to providing an accessible and inclusive experience for all applicants.
