About Carry On Therapy

Carry On Therapy provides ABA services that are centered around real life and families. Position Overview

Carry On Therapy is seeking a Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and provide clinical oversight and ABA services to clients throughout Tennessee . This position is ideal for someone who values meaningful, individualized care and enjoys collaborating with families, RBTs, and a supportive clinical team.

Responsibilities

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments

Develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

Review client data and make data-based clinical decisions

Provide parent and caregiver training and collaboration

Ensure services meet BACB ethical guidelines and company policies

Maintain accurate documentation and clinical records

Compensation & Schedule

Pay Range: $65 – $80 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time available

Shifts: Flexible based on availability

Location: Remote – serving clients throughout Tennessee

Qualifications

Active BCBA certification required

Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field

Active Tennessee licensure (LBA/LBS) required

Tennessee Medicaid ID required

Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical judgment skills

Passion for supporting children and families in meaningful ways
