Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) $110 per Billable Hour (Hybrid)

About the Role:
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with Epic Minds Therapy , you'll have the opportunity to conduct comprehensive initial ABA assessments and reassessments for children receiving ABA services. This role is primarily focused on evaluating new and existing clients, developing high-quality treatment plans, and helping clients move efficiently into services.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive initial ABA assessments and reassessments for children receiving ABA services
Complete caregiver interviews, direct observations, and appropriate assessment tools
Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and medical necessity
Create measurable, clinically appropriate treatment goals and recommendations
Determine recommended ABA service hours and appropriate levels of care
Complete assessment reports and treatment plans accurately and within required timelines
Collaborate with families, clinical leadership, and administrative staff throughout the assessment process
Ensure documentation meets payer, regulatory, BACB, and company requirements
Participate in authorization or peer-review processes when needed
Maintain professional and timely communication with families and the Epic Minds Therapy team
Requirements:
Current and active BCBA certification
Active state licensure where required
Experience conducting ABA assessments and developing treatment plans
Strong clinical writing and documentation skills
Knowledge of medical necessity and insurance authorization requirements
Ability to work independently and complete assessments within established deadlines
Strong communication and organizational skills
