What You'll Do
Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
Provide clinical oversight and supervision of RBTs
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with families and the interdisciplinary clinical team
Provide caregiver training and support
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
What We're Looking For
Current BCBA certification
Eligible/current Texas licensure as required
Experience working with children with autism and developmental needs
Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
