Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Adult Behavior Services
Employment Type: Full-Time (Part-Time also available)

Salary: $85,000-95,000 per year (full-time)
Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working with individuals across the lifespan, with a particular focus on adults.
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will provide clinical leadership and behavioral support services to adult clients while playing a key role in the development and growth of the company’s Adult Behavior Services Department. This position is responsible for conducting client intakes and comprehensive behavioral assessments, developing and overseeing individualized behavior support plans, monitoring client progress, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services.
The BCBA will provide clinical oversight, guidance, and support to Behavior Management Assistants (BMAs), Behavior Management Consultants (BMCs), and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who work directly with clients. This includes providing training, consultation, supervision, and ongoing feedback to promote consistent implementation of behavior strategies and best practices.
In addition to direct clinical responsibilities, the BCBA will collaborate with company leadership to develop and expand the Adult Behavior Services Department, helping establish clinical processes, service models, documentation standards, staff training systems, and other operational structures necessary to support a high-quality adult behavioral services program.
The ideal candidate will have strong clinical and interpersonal skills, experience working with adults, and an interest in helping build and shape a growing service department. Required Qualifications
Current BCBA certification and appropriate licensure/state credentials, as applicable
Experience working with adults is REQUIRED. This experience does not have to have been obtained in a BCBA role. Experience in behavioral health, developmental services, education, caregiving, direct support, or another relevant setting may qualify.
Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and ethical practice
Ability to develop, implement, monitor, and modify individualized behavior plans
Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
Commitment to person-centered and respectful care
Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior support and treatment plans
Provide clinical oversight and supervision of behavioral services
Analyze data and monitor progress toward individualized goals
Modify interventions based on data and clinical need
Collaborate with clients, families, caregivers, direct-care staff, and other members of the care team
Provide training and ongoing support to staff and caregivers
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with applicable requirements
Advocate for clients' dignity, independence, choice, and quality of life
Follow the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code and applicable laws and regulations
