Job Overview
Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) are needed to join a district’s Behavioral Support Team in an inclusive, student-centered school environment. The role involves collaborating with psychologists, social workers, RBTs, special education teams, and educators to support students with behavioral, social-emotional, and higher‑level needs.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral observations
Develop and implement Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) and reinforcement systems
Create, monitor, and maintain behavior data collection systems
Provide classroom‑based behavioral support and intervention strategies
Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families
Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Provide staff training, coaching, and consultation regarding behavior management strategies
Assist with crisis prevention, de‑escalation strategies, and postvention planning
Qualifications
Active BCBA certification through the BACB required
Massachusetts DESE licensure required
Experience conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, and providing school‑based behavioral consultation
Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary educational teams
Experience supporting students with social‑emotional, behavioral, and special education needs preferred
