Job description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Baltimore Maryland

Job Summary:

At Kids Club ABA, we are redefining the world of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, providing training to parents and staff, and collaborating with other team members.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans

Conduct assessments and maintain records and documentation

Provide training to parents and staff

Collaborate with other members of the team and BCBA's

Supervise RBTs and attend professional development activities

Requirements:

Master's degree in ABA or related field

BCBA certification

2+ years of experience working with children with autism as a BCBA

Strong understanding of ABA principles

Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to work flexible hours

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Total Compensation:

$85,000 - $125,000 annually, with opportunities for growth and promotion
