Annual Starting Salary: $84,000 - $92,500, based on experience

Eligibility to earn up to $11,400 in annual bonus potential

What You’ll Do

Manage a small caseload of 6–8 clients while maintaining a billable expectation of 28 hours

Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans rooted in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Provide ongoing clinical supervision, coaching, and mentorship to RBTs and Lead Therapists to ensure high-quality care and support professional growth

Analyze data trends, monitor treatment fidelity, and adjust programming based on client progress and clinical needs

Collaborate closely with families by providing parent coaching, progress updates, and ongoing support to promote consistency across settings

Lead interdisciplinary discussions, clinical team meetings, and collaborative problem-solving to support each child’s development

Organized and adaptable clinicians who can manage multiple priorities, maintain clear documentation, and navigate a dynamic clinical setting.

A motivator and mentor who enjoys developing others, giving feedback, and supporting team success.

Must hold a master’s degree in ABA and have an active BCBA certification in good standing.

Must hold an active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential in the State of Illinois.
