About The Role

What You’ll Do
Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans
Lead, mentor, and support RBTs
Monitor progress and adjust programming as needed
Partner closely with families and caregivers
Maintain professional documentation and compliance
Qualifications
Active BCBA certification and any required state credentials
Strong clinical judgment with a family-centered approach
Passion for collaboration, teaching, and problem-solving
