The ideal candidate will be dependable and courteous with outstanding communication skills. You should be able to follow verbal and written instructions.Job Description:* Supervise and train behavior technicians and registered behavior technicians, including supervision requirements for RBT certification.* Use evaluation tools such as VBMAPP, Vineland, and Motivation Assessment Scale (MAS).* Design and oversee behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans* Train caregivers on the client’s individualized plan and other principles in ABA.* Conduct and write initial and reassessments* Maintain all certifications and licensuresQualificationsEducation: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior AnalysisCertifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACBLicensure: Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Maryland (LBA)Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the field of Behavior Analysis and/or 3 years experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism.Requirements:* Must have access to transportation to commute and be prompt to each appointment.* Valid driver’s license* Willing to undergo a background check.* Respectful and compassionate.* Good time management skills.* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to be energetic.* Hold strong ethics.* Able to lift 20 lbs.* Ability to sit on the ground.* BCBA certified and in good standing with the BACBBenefits for Employees:* Full-time and part-time positions available* Salary, hourly, and contract options available* Paid CEUs* Flexible work schedule* Competitive compensation based upon experience and times of sessions* Opportunities for pay increases and bonuses based on performance* Paid time off (PTO) including vacation/sick and paid holidays* Health, dental, and vision benefits for full-time (30+ hour weekly) employees* 401(k) retirement savings and investing plan* An inclusive work environment
