Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Center for Autism |East Lansing

Help children build skills, gain independence, and reach their potential. 

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at Hope Network’s Center for Autism in East Lansing, Michigan.

You’ll develop individualized treatment programs, provide clinical supervision, analyze learner data, support families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create meaningful outcomes for the children we serve. What You'll Do

Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment programs and behavior intervention plans.

Conduct and interpret clinical assessments and functional behavior assessments.

Use learner data to evaluate progress and adjust treatment programs as needed.

Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and support to Behavior Technicians and other team members.

Train and support staff and families in ABA principles, treatment programs, and behavior strategies.

Provide direct ABA services when clinically appropriate.

Participate in parent, treatment team, and stakeholder meetings.

Collaborate with the Associate Clinical Director, therapists, families, and other providers to support quality care.

Support staff development, engagement, and retention through ongoing feedback, coaching, and training.

Maintain BCBA supervision and productivity requirements.

Complete clinical documentation, data collection, treatment plans, and billing accurately and timely.

Maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards, Michigan licensure requirements, HIPAA, and Hope Network policies.

Advocate for the safety, rights, and well-being of the individuals we serve.

What You Bring

Required

Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field.

Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Current Michigan Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential or eligibility to obtain Michigan licensure.

Experience developing and implementing ABA treatment programs and behavior intervention plans.

Strong clinical judgment, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with families and

Preferred

2+ years of experience providing ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Experience providing clinical supervision to Behavior Technicians, BCaBAs, or other ABA professionals.

Experience with center-based ABA services.

Experience with assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, PEAK, Vineland, AFLS, or Essential for Living.

Experience providing parent training and staff development.

Experience with electronic health records and ABA-related software.

Experience with clinical quality improvement or program development.
