Job description
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Charlotte, NC | $100,000–$120,000 + bonuses
Galaxy ABA Therapy is hiring a BCBA for our Charlotte team. We provide in-home and community-based ABA for children with autism, and we're looking for a clinician who wants real time with clients and a team that backs them up. New BCBAs are welcome — you'll be paired with a lead BCBA mentor from day one.
Pay And Benefits
$100,000–$120,000 per year, plus performance bonuses

The Role
Write and oversee individualized treatment plans
Supervise and train RBTs
Train parents and caregivers in ABA strategies
Track client progress and adjust goals using data
Qualifications
Active BCBA certification, or passing the exam within 60 days
Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field
North Carolina LBA license, or eligibility to obtain one
