About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Clinical Assessor (Hybrid) to join our team in Fayetteville, NC . As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in assessing and developing individualized treatment plans for our clients. You will conduct assessments, write reports, and collaborate with our therapy team to ensure seamless implementation of treatment goals. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality services that make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral strengths and challenges
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
Collaborate with therapists and other professionals to ensure effective treatment implementation
Write detailed reports and present findings to parents and treatment teams
Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing program development and improvement
Provide training and support to junior staff members
What You'll Need
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field
Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
$90 - $110 HOURLY salary commensurate with experience
PART_TIME_AND_FULL_TIME schedule available
