Job description
BlueSprighas a BCBA job opening inDublin,CaliforniaSevereBehaviorCenter. As ourBoard CertifiedBehavior Analyst,you’lllead a team of behavior technicians, build individualized intervention plans, and work with families andcliniciansto deliver tailored ABA therapy.

Aggression
Self-injury
Elopement
Pica
Other high-risk behaviors
This specialized setting is built for clinicians who want to make a meaningful impact while working with increased staff-to-client ratios, advanced safety protocols, and strong clinical collaboration.
Total Annual Compensation: Up to $114,000
Base Salary: $85,000 – $96,000
Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000 – $18,000 (paid monthly)
Sign On Bonus: $5,000–$20,000 (depending on start date and location)
