Job description
Heartlinks ABA NC is seeking a BCBA and Assessor to deliver high-quality ABA services for children with autism across home and community settings. In this role, you will conduct functional and skills-based assessments, develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans, and oversee implementation by RBTs and behavior technicians. You will provide parent training, monitor clinical outcomes using data-driven decision-making, ensure alignment with BACB ethical standards, and collaborate closely with families, schools, and other providers in a supportive, growth-focused culture.
