Job description
Gracent Pediatric Therapy and North Shore Pediatric Therapy are hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) across 16 centers in Illinois and Texas.

Compensation & benefits
$82,000-$100,000 base salary plus bonuses
$50/hour supervision bonus above 30 hours/week

What you will do
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with autism and developmental needs
Supervise and train RBTs and Behavior Therapists
Run your own intakes and report writing
Provide family training and guidance
Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, and mental health providers as part of an interdisciplinary team
Requirements
BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Master\'s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
State licensure where required (Illinois or Texas)
