Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our established Fayetteville, NC clinic.
This full-time, salaried position is ideal for a BCBA who values manageable caseloads, strong clinical collaboration, and an operational structure designed to support ethical, high-quality ABA services.
Our clinical environment allows BCBAs to focus on client outcomes while being supported by an experienced administrative and leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Monitor client progress through ongoing data analysis
Modify treatment programs based on clinical outcomes
Collaborate with families and caregivers
Maintain accurate and ethical clinical documentation
Partner with a supportive interdisciplinary team
Compensation
Performance-based bonus for exceeding billable targets (typically ~$15,000)

Requirements
Education & Certification
Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
Licensure
Eligible for (or willing to obtain) North Carolina licensure
Qualifications
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
Experience conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
Ability to supervise and mentor RBTs
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Passion for working with pediatric populations
