Imagination ABA Therapy is a rapidly expanding, BCBA-owned ABA therapy agency providing home-based and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services across Central and South Jersey. We are currently hiring for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the Woodbridge / Perth Amboy, NJ region. This role is ideal for clinicians looking for flexibility, meaningful support, and opportunities to grow in a respected, therapist-led environment.

Primary Responsibilities – BCBA
Conduct ABA assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, etc.)
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Supervise and guide RBTs / Behavior Technicians
Deliver home-based and community-based ABA therapy services as needed
Maintain accurate documentation and reports via CentralReach
Collaborate with families, schools, and related professionals to support client progress
Qualifications – Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Active BCBA certification and New Jersey license required
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Experience in home-based or community-based ABA services preferred
Strong clinical writing, communication, and organizational skills
Willingness to learn and grow in a supportive team setting
