Overview

Thrive Autism Services is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing ABA team in Gilbert, Tempe and Ahwatukee, Arizona.

We provide clinic-based and in-home ABA services for children, adolescents, and some adults with autism spectrum disorder. If you’re looking for clinical autonomy, supportive leadership, and a sustainable weekday schedule, this role is designed with you in mind—so you can focus on what you do best without burnout. As a locally owned provider, we take pride in doing things differently. Our approach is rooted in client-centered care, strong clinical standards, and a genuine commitment to our clinicians’ success and growth.

If you’re ready to join a team where your expertise is valued and your work truly matters, we’d love to connect.

BCBA Responsibilities

As a BCBA at Thrive Autism Services, you will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, conduct functional behavior assessments, and provide ongoing clinical evaluation with data-driven program adjustments. You will supervise and coach RBTs, collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers (including SLPs, OTs, and schools), and lead parent training to support meaningful skill development across environments. In this role, you will use clinical expertise and data analysis to guide treatment decisions while ensuring high-quality, ethical, and client-centered ABA services. Our mission is simple: Help individuals with autism learn, grow, and THRIVE in a safe and supportive environment.

Workload & Clinical Structure

We believe transparency is essential.

- Expected clinical caseload hours: 30 hours/week

- Client schedules are based on medical necessity, not block scheduling

- Strong RBT structure with in-house training before client assignment

- Balanced supervision model designed to support quality over volume

Skills and Qualification

- Current BCBA certification (BACB required)

- Active Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license or eligible to obtain

- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

Why Thrive Autism Services?

At Thrive, we are building a different kind of ABA organization:

- Locally owned!

- Clinical autonomy and trust in your expertise

- Supportive leadership and collaborative culture

- Predictable weekday schedule for work-life balance

- Opportunity for professional growth and development

- Client-centered, ethical ABA practices

We believe great clinical outcomes come from supported clinicians, manageable expectations, and strong team collaboration.
