ABA Squad is hiring two full-time BCBAs to join our growing St. Louis clinical team.

Compensation and Benefits
Competitive Salary: Earn between $85,000 – $100,000, based on your experience.
Bonuses: Sign-On Bonus of up to $5,000 for eligible candidates.

Responsibilities
Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs
Conduct functional behavior assessments
Develop and oversee individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
Monitor client progress and make data-based clinical decisionsProvide caregiver training and support
Collaborate with families, RBTs, BCBAs, and administrative team members
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Ensure ethical, clinically sound, and high-quality service delivery
Qualifications
Active BCBA certification in good standing
Current Missouri behavior analyst license or eligibility to obtain licensure
Experience with assessments, treatment planning, skill-acquisition programming, and behavior-reduction procedures
Strong clinical judgment, leadership, organization, and communication skills
