Our clinics are designed to feel more like natural preschool environments than traditional therapy settings, giving children opportunities to learn through play, movement, curiosity, and meaningful relationships.And we're building our team with that same philosophy.We want BCBAs who want to be clinicians first-with the support, autonomy, resources, and collaboration to do meaningful work without unnecessary administrative responsibilities.Why AB Spectrum?ReggioABA---: Therapy Through PlayOur model brings together:Evidence-based ABA + child-led learning through play.Rather than asking children to fit into a rigid therapy environment, we create opportunities for learning within natural, engaging environments.Our clinics are designed to encourage:ExplorationCommunicationIndependenceSocial connectionProblem-solvingMovementCreativityLearning through playAs a BCBA, you'll have the opportunity to practice ABA while thinking creatively about how children learn best.What You'll Be DoingLead Clinical ProgrammingDevelop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.Conduct assessments and analyze data to guide clinical decision-making.Continuously evaluate client progress and modify programming as needed.Ensure treatment remains individualized, ethical, and evidence-based.Use Natural Environment Teaching and other evidence-based ABA practices.Support & Develop Your TeamSupervise and support RBTs and other members of the clinical team.Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and mentorship.Help team members strengthen their clinical skills and confidence.Foster a collaborative, positive, and clinically strong team environment.Partner With FamiliesBuild meaningful relationships with parents and caregivers.Provide parent education and training.Communicate progress and clinical recommendations clearly.Partner with families to support generalization beyond the clinic.Collaborate Across DisciplinesWork alongside SLPs, RBTs, clinical leadership, and administrative teams.Participate in interdisciplinary problem-solving.Help create a coordinated experience for children and families.Think Clinically.
