Job description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in St. Louis Up to $100K + $10K Sign-On Bonus

Join AB Spectrum , a team proudly recognized as a Top Workplace by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch —an honor based entirely on employee feedback. This recognition reflects our commitment to creating a workplace where clinicians feel valued, supported, connected, and inspired to grow.

At AB Spectrum, we provide specialized ReggioABA™ therapy for young children ages 2–6 , combining the science of evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis with the creativity, curiosity, and child-led principles of Reggio Emilia.

What Makes AB Spectrum Different?

Therapy Through Play

Our unique Therapy Through Play model creates a natural, preschool-like environment where children learn through play, exploration, relationships, and real-world experiences. We incorporate Natural Environment Teaching (NET) and child-led learning to provide individualized, meaningful early intervention.

A Truly Collaborative Team

You’ll work alongside BCBAs, RBTs, SLPs, and administrative professionals who believe great outcomes come from working together. Our clinics also incorporate enriching experiences such as music facilitators, pet interactions, community partnerships, and other special learning opportunities.

INCREASED COMPENSATION

We’ve increased our compensation range to recognize the experience, expertise, and impact our clinical team brings to the children and families we serve.

Come be part of a workplace where clinical excellence, creativity, collaboration, and a whole lot of play come together.

Low Caseload. Daytime Hours. More Time to Practice the Way You Want.

AB Spectrum is hiring BCBAs who want to do meaningful clinical work without sacrificing their quality of life.

Our ReggioABA™ model combines the science of ABA with a child-led, play-based environment designed specifically for young children. Our clinics include outdoor therapy and play areas, expansive spaces, community-based learning opportunities, and regular experiences that bring learning to life.

We believe great clinicians shouldn’t have to choose between their career and their life.

That’s why we offer:

Once established in the role and based on performance, BCBAs may have additional flexibility with their schedule and remote work.

AB Spectrum is actively expanding throughout Missouri with long‑term plans for continued growth.

We’re looking for clinicians who don’t just want a job—they want to help build something.

Whether you’re interested in clinical leadership, mentorship, training, or future advancement, we believe in promoting from within and creating opportunities for our team to grow alongside the organization.

Ready for a BCBA role that feels different?

Come practice ABA with us.
