We provide specialized ReggioABA™ therapy for children ages 2–6, blending evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis with the child-led, creative principles of Reggio Emilia.

$75,000–$100,000 salary, based on experience
Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus at Florissant; $5,000 at St. Peters
Target caseload of approximately 6 clients
1 hybrid/remote day each week
Monday–Friday | 7:45 AM–3:45 PM
No evenings or weekends
Collaborative team of BCBAs, RBTs, SLPs, and support professionals
Dedicated administrative and billing support

Practice ABA Through Play
At AB Spectrum, we don't believe effective ABA has to happen behind a desk.
Our Therapy Through Play model creates a natural, preschool-like environment where children learn through play, exploration, relationships, and real-world experiences.
You'll have the opportunity to be hands‑on with your clients—playing, exploring, getting messy, building relationships, and creating meaningful learning experiences.
