Plum Behavioral Services is looking for a fun, compassionate, clinically strong BCBA who loves supporting RBTs, connecting with families, and creating programming that actually matters.
What You'll Do
Supervise, mentor & cheer on your RBTs
Review data and client progress
Edit programs and develop meaningful goals
Build genuine relationships with families
Provide caregiver support and guidance
Collaborate with a team that actually likes collaboration
Practice ethical, trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming ABA
And no initial assessments.
Your focus is ongoing clinical care—not living under a mountain of assessment reports.

Other requirements
Willing to consider a BCBA trainee with a Master’s degree in Special Education and a Colorado teaching license as well.
