Job description

Salary
$75,000–$80,000 (DOE) + Full Benefits + Professional Development Support
Schedule
Flexible M–F Hybrid | Regional Travel to EMPOWER Locations

This role includes a variable regional travel requirement , estimated at 20%–50% per month depending on program needs. While telehealth services are also provided, you will primarily travel to support EMPOWER sites :

All work-related travel is reimbursed via mileage pay , and, depending on cost-effectiveness, a travel vehicle may be provided . You’ll have flexibility to plan travel around program needs while maintaining a healthy work-life balance .
What You’ll Do
Lead behavior support programs fostering family engagement & measurable growth.
Conduct functional behavior assessments & develop Positive Behavior Support Plans.
Train and mentor staff, DSPs, and supervisors in ABA best practices.
Collaborate across service lines (EMPOWER, ICS, ABA) to maximize outcomes.
Deliver in-service training & represent ESPH at professional conferences.

Minimum Qualifications
Licensure: Licensed Behavioral Analyst in NC
Experience:
1+ years working with children with developmental disabilities and/or autism (preferred)
1+ years in a supervisory or leadership capacity (preferred)
Strong written/verbal communication, organization, and time management skills
Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and unrestricted driving privileges
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & EMR systems
Ability to work effectively with participants, families, and teams in homes, schools, and community settings
