Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
We are hiring for a great client in Keokuk, IA. This is a virtual contract opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who will support students with behavioral needs through assessment, intervention planning, and staff training.
Responsibilities
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Provide direct and consultative behavioral support services
Train teachers and support staff on behavior strategies and data collection
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration
Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications
Active BCBA certification
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
Experience working in school-based settings preferred
Strong data analysis and behavior plan development skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with educators and families
Excellent organizational and communication skills
