Have a passion for the field of ABA
Are invested in providing individualized, high-quality treatment
Strive to expand their knowledge of ABA, Autism, and creating individualized programs

What sets us apart:
Ongoing supervisor training for BCBAs and Assistant Clinical Supervisors on various topics (e.g., working effectively with parents/other professionals, programming, leadership skills, writing goals/reports, advanced programming, etc.)
Open and efficient communication with Behavior Technicians (BTs), Assistant Clinical Supervisors, and Directors via monthly coffee check-ins
Extensive initial and ongoing training for our BTs, allowing BCBAs to focus on progressing goals during overlaps instead of teaching basic ABA techniques
Compensation
$78,000 to $85,000
Location
We are looking for a BCBA in our Orange Region to serve the following areas:
- Fullerton, Placentia, Yorba Linda, La Habra, North Anaheim, Anaheim Hills, Orange, La Mirada, Brea.
