Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Flexible, Meaningful Work That Fits Your Schedule

Pay Rate: $75–$90/hour

Location: Hybrid – Remote & In‑Person (based on your preference and location)

Schedule: Part‑time (perfect for supplementing your current role)

Experience Required: 1+ years

What You’ll Be Doing:

Caseload Management:

Take on a small, manageable group of clients that fits your schedule and capacity.

In‑Person Supervision:

Provide hands‑on support for cases located near you, if you prefer in‑person work.

Telehealth Supervision:

Supervise sessions remotely and support RBTs and families with flexibility and ease.

Assessments & Treatment Planning:

Develop thoughtful, individualized treatment plans based on each client’s needs.

Collaboration:

Work alongside a supportive team of RBTs, families, and leadership who have your back.

Stay Compliant & Ethical:

Maintain high standards aligned with BACB ethics, state regulations, and payer requirements.

You’re a Perfect Fit If You:

Are a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Have 1+ years of ABA experience

Are looking to supplement your current role with meaningful, flexible work
