Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Structured clinic support

Work-from-home flexibility for administrative tasks

As a BCBA with Key Autism Services, you will

Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports

Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans

Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs

Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data

Provide caregiver coaching and parent support

Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes

Requirements

Current BCBA certification

LABA certification where required by stateMaster’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field

Reliable transportation

Comfortable providing home-based services and family collaboration

Ability to obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist certification
