Requirements:
Essential Functions:
* Conduct assessments (VBMAPP, ABLLS, AFLLS, BRIEF, Vineland, SSIS, and any other assessments necessary for treatment planning)
* Monitor child's progress on treatment goals and make data-based decisions
* Provide feedback to RBTs on clinical implementation
* Understand medical necessity criteria and any ongoing updates
* Provide family treatment guidance as necessary
* Be an active participant in all collaboration and/or stakeholder meetings
* Cover direct sessions if needed
* Meet BACB and best practices supervision requirements

Requirements :?
* Masters Degree
* Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification through the BACB
* Licensed, or Licensure eligible, Behavior Analyst through the Az Board of Psychologist Examiners
* Pass required background checks
* Possess a fingerprint clearance card
* Playful and creative
* Experience with the pediatric population
* Reliable and punctual

* Ability to effectively and efficiently use a variety of technological applications
* Must have reliable transportation
* CPR and First Aid Certification
* Can work effectively in fast paced environments
Physical Requirements :?
* Must have the ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time?and get up and down off of the floor quickly
* Ability to climb, jump, run
* Must have the ability to move quickly to ensure client safety
* Exhibit manual dexterity to navigate an ipad and computer keyboard
