Pinehurst, NC | Clinic Base
Full-Time or Part-Time | $95k-$107K | $5K sign-on bonus for Full Time
HealthPRO Pediatrics is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA team in Pinehurst NC! We offer on-site CPR training as well as Safety-Care training for our BCBAs.
Our clinic embraces aplay-based, assent-based, child-led approachto ABA. We believe meaningful progress happens through trusting relationships, motivation, and individualized treatment—not one-size-fits-all programming. Our clinicians utilizeNatural Environment Teaching (NET)strategies based on clinical judgment and what best meets each child's unique needs.

What We Offer:
Salary Range: $95,000 – $107,000/year (base + monthly performance bonuses)
Sign-On/Relocation Bonus: $5,000 for Full-Time!
Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities
Monday-Friday schedule with sessions typically ending by6:00 PM

Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback
Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills
Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care
Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviewsComplete 62.5% billable hours of all hours worked each week
Qualifications
Active BCBA certification and North Carolina licensure (or eligibility)
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred
